Services & Pricing Reference

All package details, pricing structures, minimums, and service inclusions are outlined on our Services & Pricing page.

By booking services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the pricing, minimums, and package structures listed on that page.

Booking & Payment Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event.

All bookings are processed through the client portal, where clients will receive access to invoices, event planning forms, and contract documentation.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation or suspension of services without refund of the deposit.

Event Time, Setup & Breakdown

Performance time is based on the hours agreed upon at booking.

Setup and breakdown time are separate from performance hours and are not included in the contracted service time. Additional setup and breakdown charges may apply for weddings and corporate events.

The client is responsible for ensuring timely access to the venue for setup and breakdown.

Overtime Policy

Any time exceeding the contracted service hours will be billed at the applicable hourly rate based on the selected package.

Overtime must be approved by the client or an authorized onsite representative. Payment for overtime is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Travel Policy

The company is based in Houston, Texas.

Travel fees are at the sole discretion of the company and are determined based on the distance from the company’s base location. Any applicable travel costs will be communicated and agreed upon prior to booking confirmation.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide:

  • Reliable electrical power within reasonable proximity to the setup area

  • A safe and stable environment for equipment setup

  • Adequate space for all contracted services

  • Proper protection from weather conditions for outdoor events

The company is not responsible for interruptions caused by power issues, venue limitations, or third-party vendors.

Outdoor Events & Conditions

For outdoor events, the client must provide adequate protection from weather conditions, including sun, wind, and rain.

Services may be paused or terminated if conditions pose a risk to safety or equipment. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event will require full payment of the remaining balance.

Rescheduling may be permitted based on availability.

Equipment Responsibility

The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of company equipment caused by guests, staff, vendors, or environmental exposure.

Any repair or replacement costs will be billed to the client.

Force Majeure

The company is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, illness, emergencies, or venue closures.

A qualified replacement professional may be provided when feasible.

Independent Contractor Status

All services are provided as an independent contractor. No employment or partnership relationship is created between the client and the company.

Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.

The company is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including event outcomes or business performance.

Legal & Governing Law

These policies and all services are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

If legal action is required to enforce this agreement, the prevailing party may recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.

Agreement Acceptance

By submitting a deposit or confirming a booking, the client agrees to all policies outlined above, as well as the details listed on the Services & Pricing page.
