Julian Demond Thomas (born November 5, 1993), professionally known as Julian Keyz, is a multifaceted American artist, renowned for his talents as a recording artist, musician, record producer, DJ, singer/songwriter, actor, dancer, author, philanthropist, and entrepreneur.

Born and raised in the vibrant city of Chicago, Illinois, Julian's journey into the world of music began at the tender age of 10. By the remarkable age of 12, he had already claimed victory as a 3-time Amateur Night Winner at the legendary Apollo Theatre in Harlem, Manhattan, New York. Simultaneously, Julian showcased his dance prowess as one of the original Chicago BullKidz dancers for the Chicago Bulls, a role he held for three exciting seasons.

Julian's artistic versatility extended beyond music and dance, as he ventured into the world of acting and modeling. He graced national commercial campaigns for esteemed brands such as McDonald's, Coca-Cola Minute Maid, MTV, Disney, Nickelodeon, Burlington Coat Factory, and many others.

In 2012, Julian founded his independent record company and brand, known as VIBES By InNo or simply InNo. This entrepreneurial endeavor encompasses various subsidiaries, including a music academy and a music marketing agency, which contribute to his diverse business interests.

On March 9, 2020, Julian Keyz unveiled his debut independent album, "InNo State of Mind," to widespread acclaim.

Beyond his artistic pursuits, Julian is an academic achiever. In May 2019, he graduated from California State University, Northridge, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.

Early Life (1993-2003):

He grappled with a speech impediment that led to bullying and struggled with weight issues. Furthermore, he witnessed domestic violence in his home. These early adversities fueled his passion for writing and self-expression, with Tupac Shakur serving as a key source of inspiration.

To build his confidence and self-identity, Julian's mother, Dana, enrolled him in a multitude of extracurricular activities, ranging from sports and dance to modeling and piano lessons, which ultimately kindled his love for music.

Early Career (2003-2011):

During this period, Julian gained recognition as a local showman, earning acclaim for his captivating performances in various music competitions. His talent led him to become a BullKidz dancer for the Chicago Bulls, simultaneously excelling in the modeling and acting industry, with national commercial appearances for major brands.

A pivotal moment arrived when Julian was discovered by talent coordinator Jane Jackson Harley, leading him to become a 3-time Apollo Amateur Night Winner at the World Famous Apollo Theatre by the age of 12. This catapulted his career, opening doors to performance opportunities at voter rallies, prestigious events, and encounters with celebrities and politicians.

Julian's focus later shifted to becoming a full-time recording artist, and he honed his production and engineering skills. He signed as a songwriter with SESAC in 2010 and ventured into the Los Angeles entertainment scene in 2011, securing more performance and acting opportunities.

In 2012, Julian established his independent record company, VIBES By InNo, alongside subsidiaries like a music academy and a music marketing agency. He expanded his company's reach and simultaneously developed his marketing skills, forming valuable connections in the Los Angeles area.

Julian would go on to release numerous independent projects under his label VIBES By InNo. To date, Keyz has released 3 albums, 2 EPs, and numerous singles, showcasing his versatility and creative range.

Julian continued his academic journey, obtaining his GED in 2012, followed by his high school diploma in 2013. He furthered his education by earning an Associate's Degree in Business Administration, ultimately graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from California State University, Northridge in 2019.

Throughout college, Julian pursued internships in the music industry, working with notable figures and labels, including Harmony Samuels' studio and Interscope Records, where he contributed to digital marketing projects for renowned artists.
